About Me
My name is Danny Morley and I am a BACP qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and I am also registered with the BPS as a Full Member. My qualifications include two Masters degrees; one in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and another in Psychology with a background in Sports Science. My modalities involve incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory and Person-Centred Approach. The Integrative approach is a holistic approach which allows therapy to be tailored to individual needs. I have worked in private practice, schools, sports settings and as a counselling lead in a specialist eating disorder organisation, amongst other settings. I also have interests and experience with Existential, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focussed Therapy approaches.

In contrast to a world where organisations are using short-term therapies to provide quick fix 'instant therapy' approaches (which often have you going back); my philosophy is to provide an authentic, reflective and insightful approach to therapy that will aim to provide long-term benefits. I will use my diverse knowledge of psychology and psychotherapy to work holistically and use evidence-based approaches to ensure you can improve all areas of your life.

I can and do work with many things but I do have a few main areas of focus which can be seen below and I have worked in both short-term and long-term therapy. If you would like to know more about my practice or therapeutic approach please click below; or if you would like to contact me to arrange a free 20-minute telephone consultation click the 'Contact' page. This will allow you to gain a sense of whether therapy feels right for you and if I'm the right therapist for your needs.

I do both face to face and online sessions. I work with ages 14+.
