Psychotherapy tailored to you

While my practice is defined by specific specialisms, the human experience is rarely contained within a single label. My clinical background is broad, and I work with individuals navigating a wide array of psychological challenges.

If you are seeking support for Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, or Life Transitions, my integrative approach remains the same: we look past the immediate symptoms to understand the "inner story" and the survival strategies that may no longer be serving you. You do not need a specific diagnosis to benefit from a space that prioritises your autonomy and self-understanding.

Fee: £80 per hour.

Couples and Relational Therapy

Relationships are often where our internal systems are most visible. When one or both partners are navigating neurodivergence, high-pressure careers, or recovery from an eating disorder, the relational dynamic faces unique pressures.

I offer specialist couples therapy designed to help partners move away from conflict and toward a collaborative "team" dynamic. We focus on:

  • Neurodiverse Dynamics: Helping couples bridge the communication gap when one or both partners have ADHD, focusing on understanding different "operating systems" rather than assigning blame.

  • Supporting Recovery Together: Navigating the impact of an Eating Disorder on intimacy, shared meals, and emotional connection, ensuring the partner feels supported without becoming the "therapist."

  • High-Pressure Landscapes: Managing the strain that elite performance or demanding careers put on a relationship, addressing burnout and the "masking" that can sometimes happen even at home.

  • The "Relational Script": Identifying the old patterns and family dynamics that each person brings into the room, and rewriting a shared narrative based on mutual values.

Fee: £100 per 60-minute session.

Coming soon to my practice is a series of workshops and therapeutic groups under the Acts of Self banner.

The Acts of Self model is an integrative framework designed to help you identify and lead the different parts of your psyche - such as the Guardian (your protector), the Author (your meaning-maker), and the Body (your instinctual self). These sessions will offer a space for collective growth, providing practical tools to increase self-leadership and psychological flexibility.

"I was sceptical about it at first but it really helped me walk through the things I was struggling with and put them into the right perspective. The difference between when I started to finishing is like watching night turn to day. Thank you"
