Psychotherapy Services
Eating Disorders
- £80 a session
Eating disorders are severely life limiting for the individual experiencing them but also their family and friends who are trying to support too. Eating disorders are unfortunately difficult to overcome without specialist support in place. Whether you have been diagnosed or not psychotherapy focussing around aspects such as disordered eating, body image concerns and any negative eating behaviours can be extremely beneficial. Eating disorders can become a large part of the human experience and negatively influence our identity and self-esteem. Through working integratively we can work on your current thoughts, emotions and behaviours whilst also looking into your past attachments and experiences to understand the origins of where your difficulties began. I will provide you a compassionate, safe and non-judgemental space to work together to develop a personalised treatment plan with healthy coping strategies to support you on your path to recovery.
Athletes & Performance
- £80 a session
Athletes often face unique pressures that can significantly impact their mental and emotional well-being, as well as the relationships with those supporting them. The mental strain of high-performance environments, managing injuries, or balancing personal and professional goals can be challenging to navigate without specialist support. Whether you are experiencing burnout, performance anxiety, or difficulties adjusting to transitions in your athletic career, psychotherapy can provide a valuable space to explore and address these challenges. The demands of an athletic lifestyle can sometimes shape our self-esteem, identity, and ability to cope effectively. Through an integrative approach, we can work on your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while exploring the underlying experiences and beliefs that may be influencing them. I offer a compassionate, safe, and non-judgemental environment to develop a personalised plan that equips you with healthy coping strategies, supporting your mental resilience and empowering you to thrive in all aspects of your life.

Please note: I am not a sports psychologist but I can use my knowledge of this to help you reflect on your performance and wellbeing and develop effective strategies that work for you. Ultimately, my focus is to help you as a human being, which in turn aids performance.
Anxiety and Depression
- £80 a session
Living with anxiety and depression can significantly impact every aspect of life, not only for the individual experiencing them but also for their loved ones who are offering support. These challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating, often requiring professional guidance to navigate and overcome. Whether or not you have a formal diagnosis, therapy can offer valuable tools to address persistent feelings of worry, sadness, and low self-worth. Anxiety and depression often shape how we interact with ourselves and others, influencing our relationships and daily experiences. In therapy, we can work together to explore and understand your current struggles, while also reflecting on past experiences that may have contributed to your difficulties. I aim to provide a supportive, empathetic, and confidential space where we can create a tailored approach to help you develop effective coping strategies and rediscover a sense of balance and purpose in your life.

Psychoeducation Groups - £150 an hour
These psychoeducation groups are a ten-week programme focussed around learning more about psychology and mental health in order for you to develop tools to help yourself. Psychoeducation groups can be tailored to your needs, these are ideal if you are an organisation looking to provide more mental health support to your staff or if you are a service needing to offer support to individuals on a waiting list. These sessions were also commissioned by the NHS to support individuals on waiting lists. The idea behind these sessions are to provide more education on easy to digest topics that promote reflection, self-help and feelings of support and understanding. Contact me for more information.
