Eating disorders
Eating Disorders
- £80 a session

Eating disorders are severely life limiting for the individual experiencing them but also their family and friends who are trying to support too. Eating disorders are unfortunately difficult to overcome without specialist support in place. Whether you have been diagnosed or not psychotherapy focussing around aspects such as disordered eating, body image concerns and any negative eating behaviours can be extremely beneficial. Eating disorders can become a large part of the human experience and negatively influence our identity and self-esteem. Through working integratively we can work on your current thoughts, emotions and behaviours whilst also looking into your past attachments and experiences to understand the origins of where your difficulties began. I will provide you a compassionate, safe and non-judgemental space to work together to develop a personalised treatment plan with healthy coping strategies to support you on your path to recovery.

Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity
- £80 a session

According to estimates, approximately 15-20% of the UK have a neurodiversity. The number may be higher due to the amount of people who go undiagnosed too. Despite this many individuals find it a struggle to live in a world not designed with their needs in mind, often causing feelings of overstimulation, burnout and feelings of frustration and rejection. Whilst there is no 'fix' to neurodiversity (nor should there be), we can develop ways to cope and help build a life that works for you with the adjustments you need. We can also bring out the strengths and the unique aspects of you that may get overlooked or disregarded due to having to fit into a neurotypical world. Ultimately, just having a space to talk about your frustrations with someone who understands can be incredibly powerful.

Mental health conversations for men can be complex due to a number of factors, and unfortunately men make up three quarters of individuals who take their own life in the UK each year. Many men struggle with feelings of stress, isolation, or anger, yet feel pressure to keep going without reaching out for support. This can lead to burnout, strained relationships, and a sense of being stuck. In therapy, we provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore these feelings, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and rediscover a sense of balance. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health and whether it’s navigating work stress, relationship challenges, or emotional struggles, we can build the tools to manage life’s pressures and prioritize your well-being.
